1.1. 主荤

咸肉丁(高级的使用火腿丁)
鲜肉丁(五花为妙)
广式香肠丁
按照爱好和采购情况可以随便比例

健康早餐--三丝紫菜汤zz

决定5天之内不谈任何技术。这是新category的第一篇。

材料:紫菜k克,熟笋2k克,豆腐10k克,绿叶菜5k克,水发冬菇5k克,酱油、味精、姜末、香油各少许。

做法:
1.将紫菜撕碎,豆腐切块,水发冬菇、熟笋切细丝;
2.锅加水,下冬菇、笋、豆腐、紫菜、绿叶菜,放酱油、味精、姜末等调味品;
3.待汤汁起滚,滴2滴香油起锅即可。
