在二十多年前，美国科学家Stanley B. Prusiner教授(1997年诺贝尔奖医学生理学奖得主)提出:变异的蛋白质可能于动物界甚至人群间传播，进而造成中枢神经系统退化等疾病的发生。在当时，许多科学家们都抱持着高度怀疑的态度，因为缺乏DNA或RNA等遗传物质的分子如何能在宿主体内复制存活呢?又如何能建立感染路径? 举例来说:病毒，这个构造最简单的微生物也是需要依赖DNA或RNA来进行复制，才能感染宿主。

然而，在Stanley B. Prusiner教授所提出的理论中，他却认为那些异常的prions蛋白可以「影响」其它正常的prions蛋白，造成其构型上的改变。这些异常prions蛋白的持续堆积在脑中会造成脑组织出现海绵状空洞，进而影响正常的中枢神经系统功能。换句话说，prion这个病原有别于细菌、霉菌、病毒等微生物，它对紫外线及消毒剂有很强的抵抗力。它不具有遗传物质(例如DNA与RNA）却可以在宿主身上造成疾病。它是一种蛋白质，但高温却破坏不了它，这个神秘的病原大大地颠覆了传统的思维，然而越来越多的证据显示这个可怕的病原确实存在。

其实原本也没有什么，不能否认一开始的时候有相当多的私心，但慢慢就不再是私心而是要做起一番事情的愿望，再往后，是一种我很长时间都割舍不掉的感情。

但是人总归有一天会回归理性，或者说，回归现实。感情是什么？我不知道，至少至今为止仍不清楚。但是，有什么东西能够持之以恒，永远不变？我想，没有，只是所要付出的代价，或者已经付出的代价多少，与心理的某个预期之比而已。

这一天也许来得迟了一点，但是总归是来了，庆祝一下。同时再度证明昨天我在网上对那个人的态度并不过分。

不过过去的事情就让它过去吧，留着点老底等对方再次复出的时候再来致命一击不迟……嘿嘿

烟酒的危害 zz

关于吸烟和喝酒的坏处，可见的临床报告比比皆是。然而，不信者恒不信之，幸免者的例子更常引起倡导与反对两边僵持不下的争议。

或许吸烟和喝酒的行为不会严重到直接致死，但藉由两种习性而引起的许多相关急性或慢性疾病其实是比直接死亡更叫人害怕。
